Look no further, you have found the best dog breeder you could ask for. From the first cell phone call I had with Holly, I knew Sterling Brook Doodles was different. They are small, home based and diligent in their breeding practices. We opted for a medium Berniedoodle and when we arrived at the farm for “gotcha day” we were greeted by animals of all kinds, children, and Cherie and Tahoe, the parents of our pup! The groomers were inside the beautiful kennel area. The pups were being HELD while blow dried! Finley came into our arms and stole our hearts! UNBELIEVABLE temperament, easily trained, rarely barks, great with children, no fear issues. Just a perfect addition to our family. I have called Holly on occasion for recommendations on food, training, grooming and she immediately responds. Sterling Brook Doodles is a family. Hope to see you on the family page soon!

In May of 2019 shortly before getting married, my then fiance and I had been looking obsessively at Goldendoodle photos for months. We decided we were ready and immediately fell in love with Sterlingbrook Doodles. Their website had everything we were looking for: a taking home puppy guide, what to buy before pick up, thorough application and phone screen prior to selection, the breeding dogs, nursery photos, and photos of multiple litters to get an idea of their sizing/coloring. We were hooked and got the last spot for their May 19th pick up somehow. When we got to Holly and John's we could tell these puppies had been very well loved by the family. We got to choose between the last girl and boy of the litter--the boy a very playful 9 lb pup and the girl the second smallest of the litter at 4lb 4 oz and so cuddly. We were set on the girl the moment she curled in our laps and smothered us with kisses. Once we got home Holly was always a text away for nervous parent questions and guidance. The Facebook group they created for their families brings countless smiles to my day and connection with Chewie's siblings near and far! Chewie is true to her temperament that first day. She loves to cuddle, gives hugs and kisses, and is so intuitive. Chewie is so gentle with babies, kids, kids with special needs, and older adults. She is also the perfect adventure pup who enjoys hiking, running on the beach, and playing in the neighborhood with her fellow puppy friends. Not a day goes by where I am not truly thankful for her in my life & I often say to my husband "I am so glad we have her." Sterlingbrook Doodles is a great place to look to bring home your furever friend!

We have 2 Goldendoodles from Sterling Brook Doodles. We fell in love with our first doodle, Maggie from Holly and John. Then we decided 2 weeks later to put down a deposit on a second one, Hunter. We could not be happier with both our experience with Sterling Brook Doodles and the beautiful puppy we brought home. From the beginning, Holly and John were extremely responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. Despite all of the challenges of the pandemic, the entire process - from contact to pick up - was seamless and well thought out. At pick up, Holly and John provided us with a folder that contained all of the health information we needed for our puppy, as well as a schedule to keep her on, which for first-time puppy owners, was incredibly helpful. We also opted to buy the Puppy Preparation Package - we simply sent a Venmo payment to Holly and a few weeks before we took our puppy home, all of the necessary materials (from food, to crate, to toys) arrived at our house. Not only was this super convenient, but also gave us peace of mind knowing that we were getting brands that Holly and John would recommend. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, we could not love our Bernedoodle, Callie, more. She is healthy, loving, and extremely friendly with both people and dogs alike. She has been a wonderful addition to our family and we already couldn't imagine our life without her. We would give Sterling Brook Doodles our highest recommendation!

After extensive research of the breed that I was interested in and most importantly the breeder to use, I am so grateful I chose Holly. It was a wonderful experience working with Holly through the entire process and ending up with the most lovable dog I could ever have wished for. What amazes me to this day is when Holly and her husband, John, told me about the personality my puppy would have when he was only eight weeks old, they were SPOT ON! Holly and John are extremely knowledgeable in every category and very helpful with any questions or concerns you may have throughout the process. We have been a Sterling Brook Doodle family since May of 2018 when we picked up our goldendoodle, Barkley. Barkley was our family’s first pet and the entire experience was outstanding. John and Holly both truly know and love their dogs, which is apparent after talking to each of them, even just briefly. We truly appreciated their knowledge of Barkley’s parents‘ temperaments and their guidance around helping us find our perfect family member. Barkely is smart, playful and loving, a perfect combination for our family.
